Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Processing time includes:

  • Preparing your tea boxes and products

  • Quality checks

  • Packaging your order securely

During high-volume seasons or promotions, processing may take an extra day, but we always work quickly to get your order on the way.

Shipping Within the United States

Lynnmonade currently ships within the U.S. only.
We use reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx (select orders)

Shipping times vary by location but typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your:

  • Delivery address

  • Package weight

  • Carrier rates

We do not add additional handling fees — you pay exactly what the carrier charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear.

If your tracking number does not update within 48 hours, feel free to reach out to us.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you can’t locate it:

  1. Check around your property or mailbox area

  2. Confirm the shipping address used during checkout

  3. Ask neighbors or building management

  4. Wait 24 hours in case the carrier scans early

If it still cannot be found after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll assist you with next steps.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lynnmonade is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
However, we will always do our best to support you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing or incorrect in your package, contact us right away.
We’ll correct the issue quickly and send the missing item at no cost to you.

Receiving Your Order

We package all products with care to ensure they arrive safely.
When your package arrives:

  • Inspect the box and contents

  • Report any issues promptly

  • Store teas in a cool, dry place for freshness
